# Close Your Priyo Pay Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you'd like to close your Priyo Pay account, please follow the steps below.

# Step-by-Step Guide-

1. **Make Sure Your Account is Fully Verified**
* Only fully verified accounts are eligible for closure
* If your KYC is incomplete, please complete it first to proceed

2. **Check and Clear Any Dues or Subscription Fees**
* Go to pay.priyo.com and log in
* Navigate to: **Profile → Subscription → Pay Dues**
* Settle any pending subscription fees before submitting a closure request
* Also withdraw any remaining wallet balance

3. **Submit a Support Ticket**
* Once your dues are cleared and account is verified:
* Go to the Support section inside the dashboard
* Submit a ticket with:
-Your registered email
-The reason for account closure (to help us improve)

4. **Our Team Will Review Your Request**
* After reviewing and verifying your request, we’ll proceed to close your account
* You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete

• Once your account is closed, all data, cards, and transaction history will be permanently deleted
• This action is irreversible
• Incomplete or unverified accounts cannot be closed
