# How important is it to keep transaction invoices?

It's very important to keep invoices for all business transactions. Always provide an invoice before receiving payments from clients and request an invoice before making payments. Ensure the invoice includes the client's name and contact number. The invoice must be created before you make or receive payments. Priyo Pay may request invoices to verify suspicious transactions. Failing to provide valid invoices may result in account closure. Priyo Pay reserves the right to take legal action against any customer involved in risky or illegal transactions.
