How to Create a Non-US Business Account on Priyo Pay

Anyone with a legitimate business in Bangladesh (Bank Statement, TIN/BIN Certificate, and Trade License required) can create a Non-US Business Account with Priyo Pay.

To create a Non-US Business Account, you must first have an approved Priyo Pay Account. If you don’t have one yet, please create it and complete the approval process first.

Step 1–5: Log In & Get Started

1\. Go to <http://pay.priyo.com/>

2\. Login to Your Priyo Pay Account

3\. Click "Business"

4\. Click "Non-US Business"

5\. Click "Create Non-US Business"

Step 6–16: Complete Your Business Application

6\. Fill in Your "Business Details" & Click "Next"

7\. Fill in Your "Business Address" & Click "Next"

8\. Click "I am an owner of this business"

9\. Fill in the Ownership Details \

(Add another owner if your business has multiple owners)

10\. Click "I certify that I’ve listed all owners with at least 25% ownership and anyone with significant control over managing this business."

11\. Click "Next"

12\. Upload Bank Statement, TIN/BIN Certificate, Trade License of the Business & Click "Next"

13\. Fill in Additional Business Information

14\. Click "By proceeding, I acknowledge and agree to the $3 monthly subscription fee, which will be charged automatically every month."

15\. Click "Submit"

16\. Your KYB has been submitted for review. The Priyo Pay Team will review your information and notify you once it’s completed

Step 17–19: After Application Submission

17\. Once Approved You Will Receive this Email Confirmation

18\. To Check Your Business Status, Go to "Non-US Business" Section

19\. You will See a Green Checkmark Once Your Business is Approved. After that, You Can Create Your Business USD Account
