Send Invoices to Client for Receiving Payment
This tutorial offers a comprehensive, step-by-step guide for creating and sending invoices to your clients using the Priyo Pay platform.
1. Log in to your Priyo Pay Account
First, log in to your Priyo Pay account and open the dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Invoices Section
Click "Invoices" to view and manage all your invoices within Priyo Pay.

3. Initiate Invoice Creation
Click "Create Invoice" to generate a new invoice for your client.

4. Enter Client Email
Please provide all the required client information to generate and send the invoice to the client via email. Start by entering the client’s email.

5. Enter Client Name
Enter client name

6. Enter Client Phone Number
Enter the client's contact phone number for the invoice.

7. Enter Client Address
Enter client address

8. Enter Invoice Amount
Enter the amount you wish to bill your client. The default currency will be USD.

9. Select Profile Type
Select the Profile Type under which you wish to generate the invoice. If you have both Personal and Business accounts with Priyo Pay, you can choose either one; the payment will be directed to the account selected under that profile.

10. Choose Deposit Account
Select the Deposit Account where you would like the payment to be received.

11. Add Service Description
Please provide detailed descriptions to specify the services or products being billed.

12. Review Processing Fee
Please review the fees and processing time before proceeding to the next step.

13. Preview Invoice
Click "Preview" to review the invoice details before finalizing.

14. Finalize Invoice Creation
On the preview page, click "Create Invoice" to generate and save the invoice. A copy will be sent to the client automatically.

15. Client Part: Open Invoice Email
Request the client to open the email containing the invoice.

16. Client Part: Download Invoice Copy
The client can download a copy of the invoice from here.

17. Client Part: Proceed to Payment
The client can click "Pay this invoice" to proceed with completing the payment.

18. Client Part: Access Payment Portal
The client will see this page upon opening the link and can proceed with the payment from this point.

19. Client Part: Select Payment Method
The client can select a currency and payment method from the available options that they prefer.

20. Client Part: Enter Payment Method Details
The client has to enter the details of the selected payment method. For example, I am choosing the card option.

21. Client Part: Submit Payment
Finally, the client will click "Pay" to finalize and submit the payment for the invoice.

22. Finish
Congratulations! You have successfully created and sent an invoice to the client and got paid. The client can also download a copy of the invoice and the receipt from this page. Thank you.

Priyo Pay Invoice Feature – FAQ
1. What is the Priyo Pay Invoice feature?
It allows you to create and send invoices directly to clients so they can pay you seamlessly. Payments go directly to your chosen Priyo Pay account.
2. Who can use this feature?
All verified Priyo Pay users with either a Personal or Business account.
3. How do I create an invoice?
Log in → Go to Invoices → Click Create Invoice → Enter client details, invoice amount, and service description → Preview → Create.
4. Can I choose which account receives the payment?
Yes. You can select a deposit account tied to either your Personal or Business profile.
5. What details are needed from my client?
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
6. How does the client pay the invoice?
The client clicks the invoice link in their email, selects a payment method and currency, enters the details, and submits payment.
7. Are there processing fees?
Yes. Fees are 2.99% + $0.99 USD per transaction. Please review before sending.
8. How long does it take to receive payment?
Processing time is normally 3–5 business days.
Note: Payments are settled on a weekly basis to monitor for fraud. Reliable users with a good history may receive payments faster.
9. Can the client download the invoice?
Yes. Clients can download a copy of the invoice and receipt after payment.
10. Can I send multiple invoices?
Yes. You can manage, preview, and send multiple invoices from the Invoices section.
