How to Add or Change Your Address (Legal, Shipping, Billing)?

Priyo Pay uses three types of addresses for different purposes — Legal, Shipping, and Billing. Here's how each works and what you can or cannot update:


Legal Address (Unchangeable by Default)


Your legal address is collected during identity verification and is linked to your ID document.

  • You cannot edit this directly for security reasons
  • If you’ve permanently moved and need to update your legal address:
  • Submit a support ticket via pay.priyo.com
  • Attach a new valid identity document that proves your new location
  • Our compliance team will review your request and update if approved

Shipping Address (Fixed Per Card Order)


Your shipping address is used only for physical card delivery and cannot be changed manually.

  • You don’t need to worry — when your physical card arrives in Bangladesh, our team will contact you to reconfirm your shipping address before dispatch
  • This ensures you always get your card at the correct location

Billing Address (Editable from Dashboard)


You can update your billing address anytime from your Priyo Pay dashboard. This is the address used for online transactions with your card.

How to Update Billing Address:

  1. Log in to pay.priyo.com
  2. Go to Profile > View Profile
  3. Scroll down to Billing Address
  4. Click “Update Billing Address”
  5. Enter your new address and click Save

Important Billing Tips:

  • Always use a valid U.S. billing address with your card
  • If you don’t have a personal U.S. address, you may use: 1. A relative’s U.S. address, 2. A valid U.S. address found online
  • Keep a note of the exact billing address used
  • Make sure to use the same address during online checkouts to avoid AVS failures and transaction declines
