What is Priyo Pay?

Purchasing spend card program Visa® Commercial cards are powered by Stripe and issued by Celtic Bank. Stripe Issuing balances are provided in the US by Stripe Payments Company, licensed money transmitter, with funds held at Stripe's bank partners, Members FDIC. Priyo Payments LLC partners with Stripe Payments Company for money transmission services and account services with funds held at Fifth Third Bank N.A., Member FDIC.

Stablecoin custody is provided by Privy and settlement is facilitated by Bridge. Stablecoins and other digital assets are not bank deposits, are not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and are not covered by SIPC. Digital assets are not legal tender and their value may fluctuate, including the risk that a stablecoin does not maintain its intended value; you may lose value.
