Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account. Log in to your Priyo Pay account, go to the ‘Get Support’ option, and create a support ticket explaining why you want to delete your account. Priyo Pay will seek your formal consent via email. Upon receiving your consent, your account will be deleted within 7 business days.

Important Considerations Before Deleting Your Account:

No Outstanding Subscription Fees:

Your account cannot be deleted if there are any unpaid subscription fees. Please clear any outstanding dues before proceeding with the deletion request.

Please follow these steps to complete your payment:

- Go to your profile
- Click on the "My Subscription" option.
- Select "Pay Subscription Due."
- Click "Confirm" to complete the payment.

No Negative Balance:

Ensure your account does not have a negative balance. Any negative balance must be settled prior to account deletion.

Once these conditions are met, your account deletion request will be processed smoothly.
